If you decide to apply to the Children’s House International/Youth With A Mission adoption program, you must first complete a pre-screening process with YWAM.  Here are the steps:

1. We will do a short prescreening interview on the phone.

2. We’ll send you the YWAM pre-screening application (if we are taking applications at that time).

3. Once your YWAM application is received we will request a pastoral reference.

4. Following your acceptance with YWAM, you’ll be instructed to download the CHI forms below for your formal application to the CHI/YWAM program.

After receiving a welcome email from YWAM, please go to the CHI documents link to download and complete the following documents (except for the financial agreement which you can click on the link below to download here):

 

CHI Agency Application   (Include with your application the documents listed below.)

CHI Agency Retainer Agreement

CHI Letter of Understanding

CHI Travel Risk Agreement

CHI Internet Information Ban

CHI Questions for Applicants Ages 55+ (if applicable)

CHI Financial Agreement:  YWAM Ethiopia Financial 1 child 2.2.12

 

Send original application to CHI with application fee enclosed.

Keep copies of all of the paperwork for your own records.
